Terzuola Design Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Only
Terzuola Design currently offers shipping exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday.
Shipping Methods
  • Non-Knife Orders:
    Non-knife products are typically packed within 2–3 days of the order and shipped via USPS Priority Shipping, which usually delivers within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service performance.
  • Knife Orders:
    All knife purchases ship via FedEx for added security and tracking reliability.
    Knife orders are typically shipped on Monday & Fridays, but depending on the volume of orders—especially after a product release—it may take up to one week for your knife to ship. We appreciate your patience during busy periods.
Signature Options for Knife Orders
All knife shipments require a FedEx signature. Customers may choose one of the following options at checkout:
  • FedEx Indirect Signature: Allows someone at the delivery address (e.g., a household member or neighbor) to sign for the package.
  • FedEx Direct Signature: Requires the named recipient to be present and sign for the package personally.
Note: These options apply only to knife orders and may incur additional shipping fees.
Insurance Coverage
  • Orders under $100: Automatically include insurance coverage to protect against loss or damage during transit.
  • Orders over $100: Additional insurance is included to cover higher-value items.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are based on the package’s weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Final costs are calculated and shown during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Terzuola Design is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Shipping Restrictions
Some knife shipments may be restricted based on local, state, or federal regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with all applicable laws regarding knife ownership and shipping.
Important!
We are not responsible for coordinating your availability to receive your order. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at your shipping address when the package is delivered.
If you will not be present, it is your obligation to make arrangements with a trusted party to receive the shipment, or to coordinate with the shipping carrier directly.
We are not Amazon. We do not offer on-demand, flexible, or last-minute delivery adjustments. Once the item ships, it is your responsibility to manage its receipt.
